Key Responsibilities • Cost Accounting & Inventory Management : Track and optimize production costs, oversee inventory valuation, manage scrap metrics, and analyze operational variances at the manufacturing plant. • Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing : Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring precise general ledger reconciliations under GAAP . • Financial Analysis & Operational Forecasting : Partner directly with plant leadership to analyze site performance, build robust budgets, and develop accurate financial forecasts. • Compliance & Audit Readiness : Maintain financial integrity by ensuring strict adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting. • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
