We partner with enterprise and multi-location customers to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient lighting projects—from product design and sourcing through logistics, installation, and post-installation support. As we continue to scale our operations and customer footprint, we are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize our core operational engine. Role Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, new business development, and customer expansion through the sale of Think Green Solutions' OEM LED lighting products, energy-efficient retrofit solutions, and related services. Success in the Role Success in this position is measured not only by sales and revenue growth, but also by the ability to develop lasting customer relationships, identify high-value opportunities, and ensure projects are executed successfully. The Sales Executive is expected to demonstrate a high degree of ownership, professionalism, accountability, initiative, and commercial acumen, while working collaboratively with the broader Think Green Solutions team. Ultimately, this role is responsible for helping Think Green Solutions expand its customer base, increase market presence, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional value through industry-leading OEM lighting solutions.
