Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be supporting the Category Manager for the region's indirect procurement activities. You will manage supplier relationships at an operational level, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to support the region's operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic procurement team. This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home) **What You Can Expect** + **Purchase Order Management:** Ensure accurate and timely placement of orders with approved suppliers. + **Supplier Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers on operational matters, including order status, delivery schedules, and invoice queries. + **Order Tracking & Expediting:** Monitor order progress, track deliveries, and proactively address any potential delays or issues to ensure timely receipt of goods and services. + **Data Maintenance:** Create item codes and maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, pricing, spend and savings within relevant systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Smartsheets). + **Dashboard Maintenance:** Support the creation and maintenance of procurement dashboards to track key metrics and provide data for analysis. + **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and resolve routine purchasing issues, escalating more complex matters to Category Procurement Manager. + **Support Category Initiatives:** Provide support to the Category Manager in executing category strategies, including data gathering, supplier and market research, and administrative tasks. **What You Bring to the Table** + **Relevant Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in a procurement role. + **Analytical Skills:** Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. + **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + **Communication Skills:** Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. + **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify and resolve routine purchasing issues in a timely and efficient manner. + **Teamwork Orientation:** Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support the efforts of senior procurement professionals. + **Fluency in English** **What Makes You Unique** + **Eagerness to Learn** : A proactive attitude and a strong desire to develop your procurement skills and contribute to the success of the team. **Who We Are** We believe great people build great brands.
