: Talent Acquisition Manager - Wealth / Private Banking / PCG • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai – Work from Office • CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA Fixed + Annual Bonus • Qualification: Graduation / MBA in HR • Age: Below 30 years • Industry: BFSI only – Private Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Broking, or Consulting firms serving these sectors • Hiring: Non-bulk hiring; experience in niche/specialized hiring preferred • Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) role • Key Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Smart, proactive and target-oriented approach • Strong stakeholder management skills • Good command of MS Excel • Experience in preparing and managing TA dashboards and recruitment MIS • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes Role Purpose: To drive end-to-end recruitment for the Private Wealth Management business by sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for PWM roles (RMs, Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Sales, Support functions). * Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting. * Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, and cultural alignment. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience. * Manage offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and closure within defined TAT. * Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles in wealth management. * Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion ratio, sourcing effectiveness). * Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory requirements. * Build employer brand through consistent candidate engagement. Key Requirements: * 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI / Wealth Management hiring. * Strong understanding of Private Wealth / Banking / Financial Services roles. * Proven ability to hire for sales-driven roles and senior positions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: * Strong networking and headhunting capabilities. * Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring tools and ATS systems. * Good understanding of compensation structures in wealth management.
