Own end to end recruitment with an average of 8-10 requisitions at a time, always iterating on processes and tracking data. Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines through active use of social media, and other creative recruitment strategies.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and assessments for each position Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (e. g.

social platforms and professional networks) Deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and identify the right channel to hire the best talents for the company Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand Review and analyze key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement Undergraduate/graduate in Human Resource, or other related disciplines 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience in IT related industries Highly passionate about recruiting and finding top talent in a competitive market using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sources Experience in ATS or Business Intelligence tools is an advantage Experience with situational and behavioural based interviewing techniques.
