Web Developer | Full Time (m/w/d)

🚧 Picture logistics that runs like clockwork — fast, smart, and seamless. Autonomous logistics does not start with self-driving trucks. It starts with CONROO.

At CONROO, we are building an intelligent infrastructure that drives terminals and depots towards autonomy by connecting truck drivers, terminals, and depots through continuous data flows.

We replace manual and paper-based processes with real-time, data-driven workflows, turning chaos into connected systems and making truck handling fully digital. Every step we automate today lays the foundation for terminals and depots to operate autonomously tomorrow.

We are CONROO and we are driving logistics to autonomy. Tasks As the Web Developer, you’ll be driving the CONROO web app forward — our central platform used daily by terminal operators, truckers, trucking companies, and internal operations teams.

Embedded in a focused cross-functional team, you'll own features end-to-end: from scoping with product through to production. The web app is becoming an increasingly foundational part of CONROO's product and is growing fast and you'll have real latitude to shape how it evolves.

If you like building things that actually matter to the people using them and making consequential technical decisions without layers of approval, this is the role for you. 🎖 What Success Looks Like In your first month You become familiar with the existing codebase, web app architecture, and development workflows.

You take ownership of and ship your first patch to production. You establish effective ways of working with your cross-functional teammates across Product, Design, Engineering and QA. You build the technical and product context needed to work independently and take ownership of upcoming web app development.

By 3 months You take full ownership of features from kickoff through development and production. You actively contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the web app. You become a go-to person f
