Manager - International Business Development - OOH Media

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Manager for International Business Development to spearhead our expansion into global OOH media markets. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our international footprint, identifying high-potential territories and forging strategic partnerships with global brands and media agencies. You will collaborate closely with internal operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border campaigns while navigating the complexities of international media regulations. Your efforts will directly influence our global revenue growth and establish our brand as a dominant player in the international advertising landscape, transforming how global audiences engage with physical media assets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end business development cycles by identifying and securing high-value international clients to expand our global OOH media portfolio. - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with global media buying agencies and multinational brand managers to ensure consistent pipeline growth. - Negotiate complex commercial contracts and media buying agreements to maximize profitability and ensure competitive market positioning. - Analyze international market trends and competitor activities to refine our service offerings and capture untapped revenue opportunities. - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke media solutions that meet the specific cultural and commercial requirements of international markets. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-ticket deals within the advertising or media sector. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers across diverse cultural backgrounds. - Proven track record of strategic market entry and business expansion, showing a deep understanding of international media landscapes. - Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and translate it into actionable growth strategies for the business. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining high levels of autonomy and professional accountability. - A postgraduate degree in Management or Marketing from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure alignment with our strategic business goals. - 3 to 8 years of professional experience in International Sales, specifically within the media, advertising, or OOH industry.
