HR Recruiter

Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent to meet the organization’s staffing requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers. Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic and initial interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers. Conduct reference checks when required. Negotiate salary and terms of employment within approved guidelines. Generate offer letters and coordinate onboarding documentation. Candidate Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide timely updates regarding interview status and selection outcomes. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Recruitment Reporting Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports. Track metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness. Employer Branding Support Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice. Coordinate participation in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also be considered. Required Skills Experience using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to assess candidate suitability. Good organizational and time management skills.
