Inviting applications for the role of MRO Material Control Planner
This is an MRO Material Control Planner position with a primary purpose to provide support to Customer Service Leaders. This role would be directly reporting into Genpact Senior Operations Manager. The role will be performed at the client's location. It will also require this individual to take operational instructions from the client stakeholder, to ensure their goals are met. Position interacts with all levels of managers and agents within the company. There is a high degree of client interaction. Work effectively with all departments including, but not limited to Compliance, IT, Quality, Legal, HR, etc.
Responsibilities
• Performed Data Analysis in Arms for Reallocations
• Repair Planning and Scheduling
• Collaborate with maintenance team to plan and schedule repair overhauls.
• Gather field intelligence and consolidate information for status reporting
• Material Resource Coordination
• Work with shop inventory management to troubleshoot availability of required parts
• Data Management and Reporting
• Hands updates of all WIP
• Update WIP daily
• Identify deliverables that are not being achieved and report to Aero Depot Manager via daily status report
• Continuous Improvement
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Participate in cross functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Data Cleaning and Processing in Arms
• Conclude Data Validation for Cycle Count in Excel
• Present Reallocations Findings to Global Finance team
• Communicate Inventory and Reallocations Cleanup Proposals to DT and Config Teams
• Data Analysis and Research in Oracle on Part Numbers
• Data Validation using VLOOKUP and Filtering in Excel
• Create Data Presentations in Excel for Stage Two Nozzles
• Extract, transform, and validate NSMR operational data from multiple enterprise systems to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain structured SQL queries, staging tables, and reusable data models to support governance tracking, snapshot comparisons, and status reporting.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor NSMR status, gate progression, backlog trends, and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis across monthly snapshots to quantify queue movement and status transitions.
• Create and configure project records within Foxtrot/Oracle to support operational and financial tracking requirements.
• Record and document scrapped parts and asset disposition data to support financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual preparation and improve reporting efficiency.
• Credit return parts.
• Go to the black credit return crates in Final Assembly, to collect parts that must be credit returned.
• Help with credit returning Installed Parts.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms
