Experienced Administrator - Accounting Firm

23rd September, 2026 This long-standing, mid-size, Chartered Accounting firm is well established. The firm has a friendly, collaborate and team-based culture and provide work/ life balance. They are next to the train line and local amenities. Due to a retiring staff member, a new full-time position has become available for a practice administrator. Duties include: • Using the ATO portal and registration of new business and applying for ABN’s, TFN’s • Use of the ASIC portal and updating company information • You will communicate directly with clients and follow up necessary forms • ATO lodgements and ensuring that lodgements are met on time • Experience communicating directly with clients • Work in a team of 3 administration staff • You will use MYOB AE Skills and personal attributes: • Must have worked in an Accounting firm and been responsible for ASIC and ATO • Great attention to detail and organised • Must have a good attitude and be a team player and enjoy working in a support role • Ideally, have experience using MYOB AE • Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen To apply for this opportunity email your resume to Rosealee@elitepathways.net or apply online.
