Job Description

1-year contract, renewable Government project Hybrid work arrangement About the Role We are looking for a Solutions Architect to define and evolve the architecture, information management strategy and technology roadmap for JTC's Partner Experience (PX) platform and Common Data Environment (CDE) ecosystem.

The role will shape how project, design, construction, handover and operational information is governed, exchanged and consumed across JTC and its ecosystem of consultants, contractors, service providers and delivery partners.

The successful candidate will establish architecture patterns, integration models, information structures and governance frameworks that enable trusted information exchange across multiple CDE, BIM, project delivery and enterprise platforms.

This is not a traditional enterprise architect role: the architect must understand that the product is not merely software, but the lifecycle of project and asset information across organisations, systems and delivery stages.

Key Responsibilities

CDE architecture and strategy: Define the target architecture and technology roadmap for JTC's CDE ecosystem, balancing partner collaboration, construction digitalisation, BIM coordination, governance, interoperability, scalability and long-term maintainability.

Information architecture and governance: Define information structures spanning planning, design, construction, handover and operations, including metadata, classification, naming conventions, project structures, document hierarchies and information lifecycles.

Establish controls for information ownership, stewardship, permissions, approval states, retention, auditability and traceability, aligned with CDE principles and ISO 19650 information management practices.

Platform architecture: Design reusable patterns for document management, BIM coordination, workflows, collaboration, issue management, approvals, partner onboarding, information exchange and digital handover. Ensure the architecture supports cu
