HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Job Details: 5 day work week Salary: Up to $4500 Working Location: Toa Payoh Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and recruitment events Support local and overseas recruitment activities, including Polytechnic/ITE engagements and job fairs Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and maintain company-wide job descriptions Administer employee benefits, claims, leave, medical, insurance and work injury compensation Support performance appraisals, salary increments, bonuses and HR system administration Handle Work Pass applications/renewals, contract renewals and related government matters Support employee relations, disciplinary cases, onboarding, exit interviews and repatriation Coordinate employee accommodation, uniforms and staff engagement activities Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management/HR operations; healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage Proficient in HRIS and AI tools To Apply: Please submit your updated resume in MS Word format by clicking the QUICK APPLY button.
