At Amazon Ads, we're re-imagining the advertising landscape through advanced generative AI technologies and AI agents, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience working directly with engineering teams - Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related discipline - Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
