Senior Manager - Client Engagement

Senior Manager Client Engagement Channel Role Overview: The role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with High Net worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra High Networth Individuals (UHNI), and Family Offices. The incumbent will represent AMCs product suite across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), ensuring superior client experience, compliant operations, and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Portfolio Advisory: - Engage with HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices to introduce the complete range of AMC investment solutions across MF, PMS, and AIF. - Recommend customized investment strategies aligned to client objectives and risk profiles, and periodically review their portfolios to ensure suitability and performance optimization. - Drive new client acquisition through targeted outreach and referrals from existing clients. Relationship Management & Revenue Growth: - Build deep, trusted, long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Increase share of wallet by cross-selling and upselling relevant AMC products. - Proactively identify new business opportunities by networking within client ecosystems and industry circles. Client Engagement & Market Intelligence: - Maintain a high level of client servicing with timely responses, personalized engagement, and consistent delivery standards. - Share market insights, trends, and relevant updates to help clients make informed investment decisions. - Ensure exceptional client experience by demonstrating product expertise, responsiveness, and a consultative approach. Compliance & Governance: - Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance frameworks at all times. - Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting in line with company processes.
