While Singapore is the home base of the app platform, roughly a third of Singapore focuses directly on India where we need an experienced Tech Lead Manager (TLM) to develop and guide teams of mobile and backend software engineers across 1-2 core streams of work across India.

**Responsibilities** + Manage both mobile engineers and server engineers who work on infrastructure and features. Be responsible for the day to day outcome of the team. + Collaborate closely with Product and UX partners to align on a shared goal and guide the team.
