Location: 3 days onsite in Florham Pk, NJ Local Only
Visa: NO H1B
Interview: Onsite 1 round
.NET core fullstack developers.
75/25 backend/frontend
.NET core and SQL
React on the front end
They will be working on modernization initiatives on Retirement Services product offerings so financial services experience could be helpful.
The MOST important thing is a candidate's analytical skills!
They need to be able to understand the nuances of the business (even if they don't have the prior financial background) so that they can make the right development decisions. This is especially important in a world of AI assisted development.
