You will have the opportunity to lead the adoption of AI-enabled platform capabilities, such as generative AI (GenAI), autonomous agents, and AIOps, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will focus on creating standardized tools, frameworks, and seamless integrations to enhance developer workflows and platform reliability. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with multiple teams and contribute to optimizing development and operational processes. Your responsibilities • Design and maintain internal platforms enabling self-service deployment and management of applications • Develop standardized tools, frameworks, and libraries to streamline workflows across teams • Guide adoption of AI technologies on the platform (GenAI, AI agents, AIOps) to improve developer productivity and operations • Integrate various development tools and services within the platform ecosystem • Enhance developer experience through documentation, training, and platform support • Implement strategies to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of platforms • Utilize DORA metrics to assess and improve software delivery and operational processes • Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for seamless application support • Provide technical guidance to resolve platform-related issues and improve system health Our requirements • At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering or related roles • Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep and GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD • Familiarity with cloud resource management tools including Crossplane, Pulumi, and AWS Controllers for Kubernetes • Experience with internal developer platforms such as Backstage, Humanitec, or OpsLevel • Knowledge of high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems, and hybrid cloud environments • Scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python • Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex system and application issues • Proficient English communication skills in speaking, writing, and reading Optional • Native AI cloud services: AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI • Experience in designing, building, and operating AI agents and agentic frameworks • Coding Agents Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Trae, Antigravity What we offer We gather like-minded people: •Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization •Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture •Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland •Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually •Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: •Career development programs •Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs •Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) •English classes We cover it all: •Stable pay •Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount •Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) •Referral bonuses up to $2,000 •Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more •Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: •Benefits listed above are available to employees only •We are open for working with Contractors.
