TA Manager Exp: 8 - 10 yrs Reports To: Head of Talent Acquisition / Associate Director of HR Location: Bangalore Manyata tech park Work Mode: Work from Office Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our dual-engine talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be the single point of accountability for scaling our Global Capability Centre (GCC) or Shared Service. Your mandate is unique: you will simultaneously architect the strategy for specialized, high-skill roles (Tech, Data Analytics, Product, and Leadership) while managing a highly efficient, data-driven engine for Volume Hiring across shared services, operations, and enabling functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Niche Technology Hiring: - Talent Acquisition, Talent Market Intelligence, Senior Hiring, Passive Sourcing, Stakeholder Management, Workday & Phenom, Boolean & X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI Sourcing, Hiring Campaigns, Candidate Engagement, Vendor Management, Compensation Benchmarking, Team Training. - Drive an effective target-mapping strategy to pipelining talent from premier tech product and global GCC ecosystems. 2. High-Volume & Shared Services Engine: - Build, optimize, and manage a high-velocity hiring machine capable of delivering scale for operations, finance, HR services, and support functions. - Implement automated assessment tools, video screening, and structured mass-hiring drives to accelerate the pipeline without sacrificing candidate quality. - Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing core metrics like Time-to-Fill, Offer-to-Join ratios, and cost-per-hire. 3. Sourcing & Vendor Management: - Progressively tilt the source mix toward direct channels, utilizing advanced sourcing platforms, executive networks, and internal referral programs to reduce agency dependency. - Manage and optimize the vendor panel (RPO partners, contingent agencies, specialist headhunters); set performance metrics and run periodic evaluations. 4. Stakeholder Management & Governance: - Act as a trusted talent advisor to cross-geography business leaders and international stakeholders to align workforce planning with hiring timelines. - Establish interview compliance and governance; design standardized evaluation rubrics, train panel members, and enforce strict feedback loops. - Leverage data and predictive metrics to deliver weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards to the leadership team. 5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: - Spearhead regional employer branding initiatives (hackathons, campus meetups, industry networks) to position the GCC as an employer of choice. - Ensure a seamless, professional, and empathetic candidate journey across both high-touch leadership tracks and high-volume applicant tracks. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams within a GCC or captive offshore unit environment. - Dual Capabilities: Proven track record of managing both highly technical/niche software engineering roles and volume-based operations or shared-services mandates. - Tech-Savvy: Mastery of modern ATS platforms, AI-driven screening applications, and scaled pre-employment technical assessment tools. - Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in metrics-driven operations, recruitment funnel diagnostics, and capacity forecasting. - Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas to collaborate effectively with global business headers across varying time zones. Technical & Domain Expertise: - CX & Billing: Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ, CDM, OFSC, Device Logistics. - Oracle: Oracle FAW, FDI, OAC, OFSAA. - WFM: Kronos UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions. - ERP & SAP: SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA OTC, SAP FT-FIN, SAP CPI/PI-PO. - Data & Cloud: Azure Data Factory, AWS Data Lake, Snowflake, DBT, Power BI. - Data & Technology: Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Modelling, Data Visualization, Java, .NET, Enterprise Technology. - Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or Post Graduate Degree in HR or a related field is highly preferred.
