Business Development Consultant - IT Services

Role Overview: Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE. Strong exposure to the UAE/Dubai IT market is mandatory. Proven experience in B2B IT Services, Technology Sales, and Business Development. Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory. Excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events. - Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers. - Understand client business and technology requirements and position appropriate IT solutions. - Promote and sell IT services, cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure. - Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. - Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. - Collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to develop customized solutions and proposals. - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. MBA is an advantage. - Strong understanding of the UAE/Dubai IT market and customer landscape. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. - Arabic language skills would be an added advantage.
