Lead - Demand Generation - Pipeline & Conversion Optimization - B2B SaaS

Demand Generation Lead. Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) | Experience: 4 - 7 Years | Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and scale a global demand engine across North America, Europe, UK, and the Middle East. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on pipeline generation , ABM, paid acquisition, campaign performance, and conversion optimization . You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to turn marketing engagement into predictable pipeline and revenue. What You'll Own: - Build and execute global demand generation and pipeline strategy. - Drive ABM, lead generation, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization. - Own marketing-sourced pipeline, MQL -> SQL -> Opportunity conversion , CAC and campaign ROI. - Develop targeted campaigns for enterprise accounts , agencies, associations, and key industry verticals. - Build multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, webinars, partnerships, and events. - Partner with Sales to improve lead qualification, handoffs, deal velocity, and revenue conversion. - Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation, retargeting, and landing pages. - Build dashboards and track performance through HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 , and attribution tools. What We're Looking For: - 4 - 7 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing. - Experience in B2B SaaS, technology , or event-tech is highly preferred. - Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue, not just leads. - Strong hands-on experience with ABM, paid media, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics. - Excellent understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization. - Strong communication, copywriting, messaging, and storytelling skills. - Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across global markets. - Self-starter who enjoys high ownership, experimentation, and fast execution.
