Senior Business Analyst – Trade Support

Position: Senior Business Analyst - Trade Support (Repo & Sec Lending Markets) Location: Hybrid, 2x per week in office (Toronto, Downtown) Structure : Contract, 4-6 months to start, then switch to full-time, permanent in 6-12 months Pay: Up to $85.00 p/h inc. -- We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Technology Consulting clients in a contract capacity! Please see below for more information on the position and if interested apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role. — Requirements: • Experience working as a Business Analyst in Front Office and Back Office teams • Experience in gathering requirements for Front Office users • Detailed understanding of the Repo and Sec Lending markets (Front Office, Settlements and Collateral Management) • Ability to translate requirements from non-technical users to developers • Ability to explain technical issues and constraints to non-technical users • In depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a global team split across several different locations and time zones • Solid technical proficiency, including the ability to write scripts (e.g. Python or SQL) and perform data analysis, with practical experience using AI-powered tooling (such as Aiden/Copilot-style assistants) to accelerate scripting, query-writing, and root cause investigation -- CorGTA is an equal opportunity employer, please apply with an updated resume and ensure the required skills you are able to speak to for this position are included.
