Head - Product Management & Strategy - Manufacturing

The Head - Product Management & Strategy carries the responsibility of setting the strategic direction for the entire company product portfolio and growing the Door Hardware & Digital Locks category. This role is the single point of accountability for category profitability, portfolio coherence, and cross-functional alignment. Strategic Responsibilities (All Categories): - Product strategy and long-term portfolio planning - Category profitability and P&L ownership - Innovation pipeline development and stage-gate oversight - Market intelligence and competitive landscape monitoring - Cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain In addition to the above, the Head - Product Management & Strategy personally drives the following for this category: - GTM strategy and go-to-market planning for new launches - Technology benchmarking and emerging product identification - Pilot launches and proof-of-concept validation - Channel readiness and partner enablement - Training and adoption programs for internal teams and channel partners - Brand positioning in new and premium segments
