**Job Description** The Campaign Specialist is part of the marketing team and helps **plan, coordinate, execute, and track marketing campaigns** . The main purpose is to help generate leads and increase customer engagement. The person works closely with senior marketing employees and other internal teams.
**What would they actually be doing? ** + Helping develop and launch marketing campaigns. + Creating and managing campaign materials/assets. + Keeping track of **timelines, deadlines, and deliverables** . + Helping determine the campaign's **target audience, objectives, and messaging** .
+ Supporting **lead-generation campaigns** through email, social media, webinars, events, paid advertising and retargeting. + Helping build **lead-nurturing workflows** to turn leads into customers. + Monitoring campaign performance and **KPIs** . + Conducting **A/B testing** and using results/data to improve campaigns.
+ Communicating with internal teams and reporting campaign results to senior staff and stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to campaign management and strategy.
+ Basic project management skills and the ability to support multiple campaigns. + Good communication skills. + Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. + Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
+ Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven campaign performance. + Creative thinking abilities for supporting campaign strategy development. + Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
