Purpose of the Role We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee and coordinate daily cross-border transportation operations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills, operational problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate with customers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is able to manage transportation activities, customer expectations, operational, and work closely with subcontractors while ensuring high service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Border Transportation Operations Manage day-to-day cross-border transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. Coordinate closely with customers, transport planners, drivers, agents, and internal operational teams to support smooth shipment coordination.

Monitor shipment and proactively resolve operational issues to prevent delays and service disruptions. Ensure all transportation documentation, permits, declarations, and operational records are accurately maintained.

Execute transportation activities in accordance with established SOPs, customer requirements, and agreed service levels.
