Solution Architect Role Overview Are you ready to build on the bleeding edge of enterprise cloud and AI?

As a Solution Architect (SA) for Iron Mountain InSight® DXP , you are joining a high-energy team operating with the speed, grit, and innovation of a hyper-growth tech startup—backed by the scale of a global industry powerhouse.

Your mission is to ensure enterprise customers successfully build, deploy, and scale critical unstructured data and AI workloads on InSight® DXP.

Operating as the essential bridge between solution design and production build, you won't just draw diagrams—you will get hands-on in the code, tuning extraction models, constructing automated pipelines, and benchmarking non-functional requirements (NFRs) across complex cloud environments.

This isn't a passive maintenance role. As a frontline builder solving real-world customer deployment friction, you will actively test platform limits, build reusable blueprints, and partner directly with R&D to help define the InSight® DXP capabilities of tomorrow . What You’ll Do (Core
