Senior Python Software Engineer (gn) / part-time or full-time

Your standout qualities include: Seniority & Python Mastery: Several years of professional Python experience, feeling comfortable working independently on complex backend systems. Web Frameworks: Strong experience with server-side web frameworks, Django experience is preferred but not required.

Databases & Analytics: Solid database design and management capabilities. Experience with analytics/data tools (e. g. , Metabase) is a plus.

DevOps, SRE & Debugging: Practical experience with server configuration, deployment environments, site reliability, strong debugging, and performance-tuning skills Mindset & Team Fit: Pragmatic, team-centered, and humble approach with an inclusive and constructive communication style, genuine enthusiasm for an active, in-person team culture (and ideally a soft spot for good coffee!)
