Account Executive, Influencer Marketing & Event Management

WHO WE ARE Own influencer marketing programs and special events with exceptional organization, proactive research, strong client communication and disciplined follow-through. Support select integrated marketing projects when needed. Influencer marketing is the primary focus of this role.

Event management is the second priority. Integrated marketing project management is a third, as-needed responsibility.

This role is designed for someone who loves process, keeps many moving pieces organized and can take a project from kickoff through completion without losing the details that shape the client experience. THE PRIORITIES Influencer Marketing: This is the core of the role.

You will manage influencer programs from start to finish, including research, vetting, outreach, coordination, approvals, deliverables, timelines and reporting. Hands-on influencer marketing experience is required.

Event Management: You will help manage special events and activations end to end, with particular ownership of research, venue and location selection, vendor selection, logistics, timelines and on-site execution. Prior event planning experience is a bonus.

Integrated Marketing Project Management: On an as-needed basis, you will provide project management support for initiatives such as brand strategy development and website strategy and development.

You will coordinate the work and keep it moving, while subject-matter specialists lead the actual strategy, creative and technical execution. WHAT MAKES SOMEONE GREAT IN THIS ROLE You are a process powerhouse.
