HR Generalist
Location: Noida

Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
•
HR Operations Management:
• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, employee records, separations, exit management, and Full & Final Settlement.
•
Operational Excellence:
• Drive standardization of HR processes, implement best practices, and ensure efficient, scalable, and service-oriented HR delivery across the organization.
•
HRIS Management:
• Manage and optimize the HRIS ecosystem ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, automation, process enhancements, and employee self-service adoption.
•
Analytics and Reporting:
• Develop HR dashboards, MIS, workforce analytics, and operational reports to support business decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
•
Payroll and Compliance:
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, employee benefits, HR documentation, and statutory records ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
•
Legal Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies, maintaining readiness for the implementation of new codes and acts.
•
Employee Relations:
• Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, misconduct investigations, and performance-related issues in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
•
Government Liaison:
• Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, statutory bodies, and external agencies during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
•
HR Governance:
• Establish robust HR governance through policy implementation, compliance monitoring, risk mitigation, and continuous review of HR controls and processes.
•
Business Partnership:
• Partner with business leaders to provide operational HR support, implement people policies, and improve employee experience.
•
Digital Transformation:
• Leverage AI, analytics, and digital technologies to enhance HR reporting, documentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
•
Cross-Functional Initiatives:
• Lead HR transformation initiatives focused on digitalization, process re-engineering, compliance excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on HR operations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and statutory compliance in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Telangana.
• Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.
