Senior Treasury Management Product Manager

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Product Manager to join our team!

This position is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, development, and performance of a portfolio of Treasury Management products and solutions serving Business Banking, Middle Market, Corporate Banking, and Institutional clients.

This role owns the strategic direction and product roadmap for assigned Treasury Management capabilities, including payments, receivables, liquidity management, fraud mitigation, commercial digital banking, and emerging treasury solutions.

The position is accountable for driving product innovation, client adoption, revenue growth, deposit generation, operational effectiveness, and risk management while ensuring products remain competitive and aligned with enterprise objectives.

The Senior Treasury Management Product Manager serves as a key strategic partner to Commercial Banking, Treasury Sales, Operations, Technology, Digital, Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Through influence and collaboration, this role leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance client experience, strengthen market competitiveness, and support the bank's growth strategy.

While sales and relationship management teams own client acquisition and portfolio growth activities, this role owns product strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and the capabilities that enable sustainable Treasury Management growth across the organization.

This position can be remote within our operational footprint.
