Proposal Manager

Overseeing the Proposal Development Process (Managing) As a Proposal Manager, you will take ownership of the entire RF(X) response process, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

This includes managing the bid/no-bid decision-making process to prioritize the right opportunities and guiding the proposal lifecycle through key stages such as bid assessment, requirements analysis, draft creation, response development, review cycles, and final delivery.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, engineering, and other teams to ensure cohesive and compelling proposals that align with company goals.

Developing the Proposal Itself (Content Development) You will play a hands-on role in crafting high-quality, tailored proposal content that reflects our company’s expertise and value proposition.

By working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure that each proposal is strategically aligned with client needs and industry standards. Your strong writing skills and attention to detail will be critical in delivering persuasive and accurate responses that support our growth objectives.
