**Senior** **Software Engineer** Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 5+ Years **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in building and maintaining robust data solutions.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows using Informatica, Strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills along with DevSecOps and working with Generative AI development tools to support complex data processing needs.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable data pipelines that power reporting, analytics, and business operations within a reinsurance team in Hyderabad, India.

**Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows in Informatica to load data from multiple source systems + Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages + Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into scalabletechnical data solutions + Performing data mapping, transformation logic design, and data validation to ensure high data quality + Tune ETL jobs and database queries for performance, scalability, and reliability + Work with large datasets related to Reinsurance + Monitor and support ETL jobs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data issues quickly.

+ Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, DBAs, and reporting teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions + Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and release management **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of experience in application software solution development + 5+years of experiencein data engineering or ETL development roles + Strong hands-on experience with InformaticaPowerCenterfor building and maintaining ETL workflows + Advancesproficiencyin Oracle PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning + Expertisein complex SQL development, query optimization, and indexing strategies + Experience withdata integration across multiple source systems (databases, flat files, etc.)
