Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Design and implement microservices-based solutions to support distributed applications and complex business integrations.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable backend solutions. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between enterprise systems. Establish coding standards, reusable design patterns, and development practices to improve software quality and consistency.

Optimize data access and application performance using Hibernate/JPA and appropriate database technologies. Design event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka to support reliable communication between distributed services. Drive cloud application development and deployment across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.

Manage application containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate React applications with backend services. Identify architectural risks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and improve application reliability and performance.

Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices to improve delivery quality and deployment efficiency. Ensure applications follow security best practices and relevant compliance requirements. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, backend engineering, and enterprise application integration. Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot. Proven experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
