Architect - NCR

#LI-DNI The Architect – Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial/ Functional Perspective ? Support cost optimization through efficient residential design solutions ? Minimize design-related errors and rework ? Assist in value engineering exercises ? Contribute to cost-effective design delivery Customer Perspective ? Support delivery of high-quality and customer-centric residential design outputs ? Coordinate with internal stakeholders and consultants ? Assist in responding to client and authority queries ? Maintain professional communication with stakeholders Internal Process Perspective ? Prepare and develop concept and detailed design drawings for residential projects ? Coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants ? Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations ? Support statutory approval processes ? Assist in constructability and value engineering reviews ? Resolve design-related issues during execution ? institute Language Skills • English • National (Preferred) • Regional (Desirable) EXPERIENCE Years of Experience • 5–10 years in Residential architectural projects (Real Estate preferable, High Rise desirable) Nature of Experience • Experience in preparation of drawings, consultant coordination, and construction-stage design support for residential developments. #LI-DNI SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & Ensures effective resolution of queries, adherence to regulatory and project requirements, and seamless integration of consultant outputs to support timely and compliant project execution. • Ability to translate GTM requirements into coordinated design and project?readiness actions by aligning layouts, specifications, approvals, and technical deliverables with the product brief and partnership commitments.
