As Senior Associate, Electrical Engineering, you will take ownership of complex building projects, strengthen trusted client relationships, and help build the next generation of engineering talent. This is a visible, hands-on role for someone ready to influence projects, people, and business growth. Your daily impact• Own key client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact from kickoff through delivery.• Lead with technical excellence by directing the design and review of electrical systems across diverse building projects.• Stay close to the work through site visits, field reviews, and practical technical assessments.• Bring teams together by coordinating seamlessly with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.• Build what comes next by mentoring engineers and designers, with a clear path to managing a growing team.Take On Work That Matters• High-performance data centres and mission-critical facilities• Landmark commercial core-and-shell developments• Fast-moving tenant fit-outs and complex retrofits• Transformative electrical distribution upgrades Your profile• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering• P.Eng. designation or eligibility in Ontario• 7–10 years of electrical engineering consulting experience• Client relationship management expertise• Site visit and retrofit project experience• Working knowledge of CAD and/or Revit Why This Opportunity Stands Out• Variety that keeps you challenged: contribute across a diverse, high-value project portfolio.• Leadership within reach: step into people management within 3–4 months.• Clients that elevate your profile: gain exposure to a prominent portfolio and visible assignments.• Room to make your mark: thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly.• Momentum you can build on: join a rapidly expanding team with strong market traction
