• Offers Bonus About the role We're looking for a hands on QA Lead who sees quality as a product problem, not just a testing problem. This isn't a traditional QA role focused solely on executing test cases or building automation frameworks.

Instead, you'll own quality end-to-end, sitting between Product and Engineering to ensure we ship fast without compromising user experience. You'll be given problems, not step-by-step instructions. We need someone who is highly autonomous, product-minded, engineering-oriented, and AI-native.

We are looking for someone who can identify where quality risks exist, decide how best to solve them, and implement the right processes, tooling, and testing strategy.

You'll shape how quality is approached across the business, introducing AI-enabled testing practices, improving release confidence, coordinating an outsourced QA function, and defining where manual testing, automation, and production monitoring each provide the most value.
