About the Opportunity Financial Planning & Investment Admin Assistant Bedfordview, Johannesburg Market related Investment administration isn't back-office work here, your accuracy directly supports advisers and high-net-worth clients. Is this you? Precision comes naturally to you, but you are equally comfortable speaking with clients and supporting colleagues. You take pride in meeting deadlines, keeping information organised and maintaining a professional manner. Curious about investments, you are keen to learn and grow in financial services. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) Keeping accurate client records and FICA documentation will be central to your day. You will support Financial Advisors, manage administrative tasks, assist colleagues with general office duties and liaise professionally with clients by telephone and email. Alongside completing work accurately and on time, you will attend relevant training sessions, workshops and industry updates. Where you'll be doing it Based in Bedfordview, this financial planning and investment business supports high-net-worth clients in a professional service environment. The role works closely with Financial Advisors, colleagues and external service providers, making dependable administration and polished client contact central to your role. What you'll need Matric and at least two years of administration experience in a professional services environment are essential. You must be fluent in English, competent in Microsoft Office, including email, Excel and Word, and willing to learn financial services administration systems. A valid driving licence and your own car are also required. What you'll get Regular training, workshops and industry updates will deepen your understanding of investments and financial services administration. You will gain hands-on exposure to adviser support, compliance documentation, specialist systems and high-net-worth client service, with scope to learn and grow within the business.
