Test Analyst | Digital Transformation Programme Are you passionate about software quality and eager to make an impact within a large-scale transformation programme? We are looking for a Test Analyst to strengthen our development teams working on the modernisation of a critical claims management ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and business value of applications used by customers, brokers and internal stakeholders. Working in a dynamic environment, you will combine test analysis, test design, execution and coordination , collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers and other testers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your responsibilities • Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test scenarios. • Design, execute and maintain functional, integration and end-to-end tests. • Validate APIs and system integrations using tools such as Postman and Swagger. • Identify, document and follow up on defects while driving their resolution with the development teams. • Assess risks, define testing priorities and contribute to go/no-go decisions. • Report on testing progress, quality metrics and release readiness. • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes. Your profile • 3+ years of experience in software testing, test analysis or QA. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies. • Experience with end-to-end testing in complex application landscapes. • Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders. • Knowledge of API testing using Postman, Swagger or similar tools. • Experience with test management, defect management and reporting. • Hands-on mindset and willingness to combine strategic thinking with execution. • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright is a plus. • Experience within large transformation programmes is considered an asset.
