Student Management

Support student discipline and manage students during recess, activities and detention. Maintain discipline records and assist with investigations. Liaise with parents/guardians on student discipline matters. Conduct school walkabouts and monitor entry/exit points for safety.

Manage student crowd flow during arrival, dismissal and school events. Monitor attendance and flag persistent absenteeism. Maintain student management records and prepare reports. Identify students needing support and refer them to appropriate staff. Support student briefings, orientations and school events.

Perform other student management and school operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferably 5 years’ experience working with children, teenagers or youth. Experience in discipline, case management or behaviour support isan advantage. Former national uniformed services personnel preferred. Familiar with restorative practices and student support frameworks. Good report writing and documentation skills. Proficient in MS Office. Valid First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one before commencement
