Assistant General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview: We are hiring for a mandate for a Client. Assistant General Manager - FP&A, Finance - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. - Deliver insightful MIS, dashboards, and financial performance reporting to leadership. - Analyze business performance through variance analysis and actionable financial insights. - Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis. - Drive profitability, cost optimization, and business performance improvement initiatives. - Strengthen cash flow planning and working capital management across the organization. - Drive finance process automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial risks and growth opportunities. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory. Experience: - 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Payable and Finance Controllership. - Experience in real estate, retail, infrastructure or large corporate environments preferred. - Strong exposure to SAP/ERP systems and financial reporting tools. - Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
