4+ years of experience managing, scaling, and developing high-performing BDR teams and BDR managers. Experience managing CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline metrics in Salesforce or equivalent platforms. Experience building and executing GTM strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
