Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead software design, development and delivery across the full SDLC. Manage the core technology stack including C#, SQL Server and Azure. Oversee software architecture, technical design and system integration. Manage integrations using REST APIs, IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise.
Coordinate development, QA, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams. Manage Agile/Hybrid delivery, project milestones and software quality. Establish testing, secure coding and DevSecOps practices. Oversee Power BI reporting and dashboards using SQL Server data.
Manage defects, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant government, security and ISO standards.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in software engineering or software management. Strong experience with C#, SQL Server and Azure. Experience in software architecture and full SDLC management. Experience with REST APIs, IBM MQ or IBM App Connect Enterprise. Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery and DevSecOps.
Experience with software testing and quality management. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 12207 and ISO/IEC 27001. Strong stakeholder and communication skills. EA Number: 11C4879
