Admin Assistant

Driver Hire Perth is currently recruiting on behalf of our customer for a temporary Admin Assistant based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for on-going temporary work in a busy office environment. The role involves supporting the team with a variety of general administrative duties and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Filing and maintaining office records Data entry and general computer-based administration Assisting with document preparation and correspondence Managing emails and responding to routine enquiries Providing general administrative support to the wider team What We're Looking For: Previous administration or office experience preferred Good telephone manner and communication skills Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Organised, reliable and able to work independently Good attention to detail Professional and friendly approach What's on Offer: £14.25 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) Monday to Friday working pattern Approximately 40 hours per week Immediate start available Friendly and supportive working environment Valuable office experience with a well-established local business Interested?
