About the Role

This role owns the accounting function end-to-end, from the close and the ledger to controls, payroll, order-to-cash, tax and compliance, for a profitable company with two business lines, partner and district billing, deferred program revenue, and employees in approximately fifteen states.

The CFO owns forecasting, capital allocation, and the board relationship. You own the fact that the numbers are right, on time, explainable, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on seat.

You will close the books yourself as often as you review someone else's work, and you will be the person who turns manual, spreadsheet-dependent processes into systems that hold up at twice our current size.
