Business Analyst

: • Gather and translate business, data and regulatory requirements into clear functional requirements. • Work with Compliance SMEs, Data Architecture and AI Engineering teams. • Define and maintain data requirements, data inventory and artefact inventory. • Assess data lineage, quality, availability and readiness for AI use cases. • Analyse regulatory and compliance use cases and convert them into data-driven solutions. • Support GenAI/RAG use cases by identifying relevant data, documents and contextual requirements. • Identify data gaps, dependencies and risks and drive resolution with stakeholders. • Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows and requirement documentation. • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops and requirement walkthroughs. • Support UAT, validation and business sign-off for delivered solutions.
