Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 5 7 Years Location: Pune 5 Days Working- Balewadi Pune Domain: Automotive/Manufacturing Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Business Analyst. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, translating manufacturing and sales processes into Salesforce requirements, and working with technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements. • Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria . • Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, • Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed). • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects). • Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes. • Should have good understanding of basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities • Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off. • Drive data quality, CRM adoption, and process standardization. • Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials. • Participate in release planning, change management, and post-go-live support. • Should have experience of requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation • Should be able to leads or conducts requirements management activities, ensuring that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders • Should be able to leads or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs • Should have good communication skill
