Senior Area Sales Manager - Tiles Sales - Ceramics/Sanitary ware

Role Overview: Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a building materials background. He is responsible for handling Tiles sales in assigned market. Location: Chennai and Salem Experience: 2 Years For this requirement, you should target Business Development persons or specification individuals who work closely with Architects and Interior Designers (A and B segment architect) in companies dealing with laminates, Tiles, wooden flooring, veneers, sanitaryware, premium building materials architect - based materials. The ideal profile should include: - Handling Builder and channel Partner (A, B Arch. and G+4 projects) and retail sales segment - Experience in Project/Specification, retail, and Project sales - Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders/developers in house architect, PMC con Candidate Profile: - 2 years of experience in Business Development/project/corporate sales/and Chennai sales within the building materials industry. - Presentable personality with strong communication and relationship - building skills. - Target - oriented with a proactive approach.
