The position sits within alean internal technology function supported by external consultants and serviceproviders. The role combines hands-on infrastructure operations with networkand cloud security, cybersecurity initiatives, incident management and vendorcoordination.

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of ahybrid on-premise and cloud environment while ensuring infrastructure remainssecure, resilient and operationally effective.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day network, cloud and workplace infrastructure operations, maintaining system availability, performance and security.

Design, maintain and secure network infrastructure, including enterprise firewalls, VPN connectivity, intrusion detection/prevention controls, network segmentation and wireless/network access infrastructure.

Administer Zero Trust and secure remote-access solutions supporting users, branch locations, internet and SaaS connectivity, data-centre access and private applications. Secure cloud environments through appropriate identity and access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring and infrastructure hardening practices.

Monitor infrastructure, network, cloud and security alerts; investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and support timely resolution of operational and security issues.

Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability management, penetration testing, infrastructure security assessments, compliance reviews, data-loss prevention and incident-response read
