Operations Manager

**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager responsible for leading the execution of operational processes, projects, and strategic initiatives within their area of expertise.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The position plays a key role in improving operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering results that positively impact multiple areas of the organization.

**Responsibilities** + Lead the execution of processes, projects, and initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility. + Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. + Manage priorities, resources, and project timelines to achieve business objectives.

+ Provide technical and operational leadership to team members and stakeholders. + Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. + Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of organizational goals. + Support problem-solving activities and implement sustainable corrective actions. + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

**Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, project management, or a related discipline. + Experience leading projects, processes, or cross-functional initiatives.

+ Strong knowledge within a specific technical or professional discipline. + Proven ability to manage priorities, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
