Software Developer Co-op (May 2027 | 12-16 months)

As a Microsoft Unicorn partner with $100M+ USD in annual recurring revenue, we're building a cloud-native SaaS platform that brings the familiarity of Excel together with enterprise-grade planning, reporting, forecasting, and AI-powered decision-making capabilities.

Working remotely, or in our Toronto office, you'll join an Agile Scrum team where you'll contribute to real product features used by finance and business teams at scale, solve production challenges, and gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing scale-up.

How You'll Make an Impact Develop new features and functionality for our financial planning platform used by modern finance teams at scale Collaborate with full-time developers in Agile Scrum teams to design, build, and deploy meaningful product improvements Help identify and resolve production issues, contributing to platform stability and reliability Take ownership of well-defined areas of our product, building practical experience in full-stack development Work with our modern tech stack including TypeScript/React front-end, Java/SpringBoot back-end microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) Gain exposure to real-world integration challenges across the Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, Teams, Power BI, PowerPoint, Azure) Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to move faster and focus on solving complex problems Contribute to meaningful company initiatives including Hackathons, Guilds, and cross-functional projects that shape our product vision Learn best practices in modern SaaS developm
