Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Technology & Workday

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition Technology & Workday to lead the design, delivery and optimization of end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding technology solutions. The role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Product teams and external partners to deliver scalable and digital-first solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead functional solutions and roadmap for Workday Recruiting and related HR technology platforms. - Drive implementation, enhancement, optimization and support of Workday Recruiting across the talent lifecycle. - Design and improve integrations between Workday and third-party HR technology platforms. - Lead multiple workstreams, releases, dependencies, risks and delivery governance. - Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Manage internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology and process outcomes. - Drive automation, workflow optimization, self-service and continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and onboarding. - Establish KPIs and use data to improve process efficiency, candidate experience and compliance. - Lead change management, user adoption, training and communication for new solutions. - Ensure appropriate privacy, security, compliance and operational controls across talent processes. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, enterprise platforms and/or Talent Acquisition technology. - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including implementation, configuration, enhancement, optimization or support. - Experience with the Workday ecosystem, preferably including Recruiting and Onboarding. - Strong program/project management experience across multiple workstreams and releases. - Experience managing integrations between Workday and third-party HR technology platforms. - Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes. - Experience working with global, cross-functional and matrixed teams. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. - Experience managing internal teams and external vendors/partners. Preferred Skills - Experience in HR digital transformation, automation and workflow optimization. - Knowledge of global hiring compliance, data privacy, retention and audit requirements. - Experience with vendor management, SOWs and SLAs. - Exposure to Agile, Lean/Six Sigma or service management practices. - Experience with HR analytics, BI dashboards and process performance metrics. - Workday, Agile, Product or Program Management certifications would be an advantage. Education: - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. - A master's degree/MBA/MS would be an advantage.
